This client wanted to update just a few sections of their site. This made it ideal for CMSMS since the templating, style sheet application and updating procedures are super straightforward, which can't always be said for Drupal or WordPress. Those are great platforms, but honestly, would have been overkill for this site, and the client didn't really have the budget for a complex theme development project. The updateable pages are the home map, events, spa treatments and specials. Sometimes you just need something very simple without a lot of fuss and bother. CMSMS came to the rescue and it works flawlessly. The site is

The home page is one of the best looking that I have ever seen.. Very, very nice.
It would be nice if the intro, and other pages kept the same look and feel of the home page.

Agreed, and I think they do to a limited extent. The limiting factors were: original art, which was created by the resort's founder and then scanned and assembled by yours truly, and bandwidth, which can get pretty heavy if you have too much PNG artwork embedded in a page. As you can imagine, creating the map page was easily 25% of the work, and it doesn't exactly download in a second, but I think it's definitely reasonable for users with high-speed internet, which is mostly anyone in the US, Canada, Europe, South Africa, the Antipodes, Japan and Korea, which covers the target audience. By the way, the site only used core modules, in case anyone is interested.
