Formbrowser - Error Deleting Entries from Frontend

I'm using form browser, and i've set it up to edit and delete forms via front end. I can view, edit just fine. But when I delete I get "string(77) "Smarty error: unable to read resource: "module_db_tpl:FormBrowser;fbr_list_3""" - The entry actually does delete, but would love to find the source of that error.
I'm using cmsms 1.9.2 with all current modules. I am using FEU to hide the formbrowser until the user logs in.
