How to give rights to a user to modify only one page?

I would like to know how to give a specific user rights to only modify one already made page in cmsms?

Add that user to NO usergroup, and only add him as an additional editor for that specific page.

Thank you Ronny,

I created a testuser and aaded him to no group. Now this user is marked as other editor to all pages of my website.
Can you please inform me what I do wrong? Or is there a misconfiguration in my cmsms?

in the Other Editors box, only the highlighted names are actually editors. The others are just users that could be added as editors if you want.
