There is a SOAP problem again (different from the last one) Frank

works fine here.

Then what can it be? A couple of days ago it worked fine. What can I do about it?

I encounter this problem on several V1.9.2 sites, but not all.
Also on some hosts, but not all.
Also in one last 1.8.2 version site.
Need any other info?

This Error 111 still did not solve itself.
Is there anyone who can help me?

I'm getting same issues, SOAP is not connecting = (error 111).

I've not found a definitive answer to this, is this server side or do I need to re-upload Module Manager - I tried to download XML version to replace but the link is not working on dev.cmsms.

Any help will be gratefully welcomed.

CMSms 1.9.2, PHP 5.2.9, MySql 5.0.32, Apache, Linux 2.6.24

Well, now it is solved, don't know why.
All sites that had this problem now don't have it anymore.
Did anything change on the CMSMS server? Or must it have been something on the websites' hosts servers?

I''m still getting:

SOAP Problem (http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository): HTTP Error: Couldn't open socket connection to server http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository, Error (111): Connection refused

Do I need to change something at my server?
