Guestbook 1.0 released

Guestbook 1.0 solves some bugs in Release Candidate 2.

A PHP warning that occured on PHP4 is fixed.
Also this version prevents some PHP notices that showed up if debug is turned on in the CMSMS config file.
Changes:
The CMSMailer module is used for the notification E-mail if it is installed
Since the release of RC2 module some feature requests have been implemented in the (SVN verison of the) module like Captcha spam prevention and a state/province field, which are not yet concluded in version 1.0. Version 1.1 containing these and other new features can be expected in a couple of weeks.
