Submenu colours

Hello,
Recently i've been using cmsms, and well, it's brilliant. It's made my life so much easier!
I have hit a small problem though, which is I can't find out where to change the submenu color. I'm using the basic "CSSMenu Vert 1 col" template and am using submenus. The sub menu's roll over color is the same as the parent's rollover color. How do I change this?
