i tried the seo tools 1.1 then unloaded it, just after i noticed that the use_hierarchy option was not used anymore by cms.
i tried removing it and adding it again but nothing.

Any advice ?

Yes, it's gone. This was announced 2 releases ago.

What we got in return is the custom url function. I guess you haven't found it yet. When editing your pages, second tab, top item: custom url.

Set it to whatever url you want, works like a charm!

Hello, thanks for your answer but i am afraid it's not true.
Version 1.8.2 - Toliara
-----------------------------
Reverted:
- Put the use_hierarchy config option back in for backwards compatibility
with upgrades. This may go away in the future, as it doesn't allow for
modules to have pretty URLs, but we'll have a proper workaround.

You've quoted the 1.8.2 release notes, but you're running 1.9.1, so they do not necessarily apply.

i only want to have urls with hierarchy on

/parent_page/child_page

it tried removing the use_hierarchy or putting it on or off, nothing

i, of course, cleared the cache of cms and the browser for each test.

after a reinstall from scratch it is totally the same. I think it is within the core and my misunderstanding of page alias and page url.
