Could not locate any code or info on a Most Popular Pages module / tag. Was wondering if one does exist or if there are plans to make one?

There's no hitcounting stuff in the core right now, the Hitcounter module will keep statistics, but it currently doesn't export any smarty stuff.  if you know php, it wouldn't be that hard to export some of this info to the smarty template engine so that you could do that though.
