i am trying to develop a site whereby users can advertise their goods. i would like them to be able to upload images that they can pay for. i understand that a payment stratergy is being implemented but not sure how far along this has gone.

Still not sure i follow.

Do you want the person uploading the image to pay for the privilege of uploading an image or is it free to upload but the person viewing it has to pay?
