Reinstalling CMSMailer

Hi
The module summary of my installation says I have installed CMSMailer 2.0, which is not available as far as I know. Now I want to install the version 1.73.13.
How can I do that without uninstalling all modules that depend on CMSMailer.
I already copied the files for 1.73.13 to the server but it still says 2.0.
The problem ist that no user can register since there is no instance of FrontEndUsers, which depends on CMSMailer.
Any help is apreciated.
Regards
Heinz

The only way to down grade a module is to uninstall it, if it has dependents then you will have to deactivate them first...
Why do you want to do this, and what version of CMSMS?...

Thank you for your answer.
My basic problem is when a user tries to register he gets the message
Code: Select all
Could not get instance of FrontEndUsers module
I read on the web that this problem could be caused by a wrong installed CMSMailer.
Maybe you have another solution to my original problem.

Heinz

This is where a list of installed modules would come in handy, like the one in system information page...

You may need to upgrade your CMSMS to 1.9.1 and upgrade all the other modules also like CGExtensions...
