'Title' size (char width) for editcontent.php - Help

Hello,
I would like to add size (char width) to the 'Title' textarea of editcontent.php
....Because we use this for the META title only (and use {menu_text} for content title)
so it is much better to have a very long size of the 'Title' textarea in editcontent.php (currently has no Size attribute; and I am not sure what code to input where.
