WYSIWYG frond-end

Hello I just have update my cms to 1.9  "Bora Bora". For my website I have created a simple plugin with a text editor. In the older cms version it displayed TinyMCE with the option Frontend WYSIWYG turned on. In the new version it's not displayed. The is turned on in the frond and backend and works correctly in the backend.

Is there a extra piece off code I must use in my plugin?
Something like $WYSIWYG = new TinyMCE(); ?
