Hello experts!

I'm experimenting with cmsms and it comes very close to what I would want in a cms. My compliments!

I have some questions for a website I'm developing right now. I'm not a programmer but can adjust scripts when necessary. What I would like to do is the following:

1.
To have an area where people can ask questions which will be answered and put on the website. To be more specific; patients can ask questions about their health which will be answered by a doctor. The answers and questions will be public.
So there should be a form for the questions and an admin area where the questions can be answered and made public.

Is the FAQ module from megabob3 suitable (if finished)? Is there some sort of a helpdesk script that can be of use?

I love the imagetext module for headlines from cerdman for smarty. (http://www.cerdmann.com/imagetext/) I tried to implement it but it doesn't work..
What do I have to do to make it work?
Copied it in the smarty plugins/dir (2 smarty dirs in cmsms?!?), made the essential dirs and the styles.ini but I think the module needs to be registered somewhere. How?

3.
Maybe the most difficult; The menu I would like to adjust more.
- Each menu-item should have a background-image.
- The menu-item itself should preferrably be made with imagetext, or something alike, to use other fonts than standard.
- On hovering over the item the background-image should change into another.
Is this possible?

Nice idea, it could be done

FAQ as now is done, couldn't be used like helpdesk.
My next step could be this task

But don't ask me, when.

Yep this is the more difficult, because Wishy must give the possibility to associate an IMAGE to each ITEM of menu, and put this data on database.
Or maybe, could be very better ADD to each ITEM of menu, a SPECIFIC CSS, or a SPECIFIC CLASS of CSS; and this information must be inserted always into database.
