Request for CMSMS Developers:

CMS Made Simple 1.8.2 "Toliara" has several problems.

The main source of most problems is the difference between bytes and characters in multi-byte Unicode (UTF-8) strings.

Please don't post code modifications in this forum.  it is against forum rules, and besides that they are likely to get lost in all of the posts that are generated on this forum daily.
