Adapting the Availability Module

Hello,
I own a holiday home and I am currently making a little website to enable users to view the availability of it.
I have had a little look at the 'Availability' module but due to peak seasons, the prices of the holiday home vary throughout the year. I don't see a feature within this module which allows me to state that between certain dates, the price varies.
I have stolen from another website the sort of system which I would like to implement:
As you can see, the user selects the month they wish to stay, then whether they want a long (7 day) or short (3/4 day) stay. The dates show availability and the correct price for that day. When a user selects the appropriate week, I would like an email form to be displayed where they can enter their details. This would all be sent to me by email so that I can contact them. I do not require an online payment system.
Is there a way I can achieve this through the 'Availability' module or do I need to develop my own system?
