Clone basic template (1 week draft time)

We need a basic template made. we have a url we like with the right color menu, header and background (all fairly basic). Just I have too much on this week; if anyone is interested in doing it for $80/$100USD Please press the little message button under my name or email contact@budgetwebdesign.com; and I will send info.
