I,m running CMS 1.8.2 and i want to setup a forum ( http://www.nairaland.com/)

what modules and how do i set it up?

There's currently only one native CMSms forum module available

http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/forummadesimple

You need additionally FrontendUsers module
