[Done] Template/Stylesheets Needed for Community Website

I am in the process of updating our Parish website.
Having installed CMSMS, I would now like to transfer the design I've created using Adobe. So I look for someone who can write the necessary code and gain an idea of the cost. There is also a 2 column layout section. The colours differ for each of the 5 areas. I don't know whether the menu design can be made exactly as I imagine.
