availability /reservation module - paypal hook up ?

CMS Made Simple 1.8.2 "Toliara"
I have installed the availability 1.7 module and want to take payments by paypal.
1. Price is not displaying in the front end? Only the $ sign and a blank space. Anything obvious i have missed? (Price is added in admin)
2. Also is there a quick way of adding paypal per reservation?
I also have all cg ecommerce added as per calguy instructions. But i am not sure how i actually hook anything with payments together.
I have tried to add the reservation module to Calguys Ecommerce Base by suppliers select but everytime i select and submit it doesn't save my selection.
Any guidance much appreciated.
