Some questions....

What did you download BASE or FULL, as Base has only English inside (making the package smaller) and Full has all languages inside.

On the bottom of http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/6#package-1 are the lang-packs downloadable that can be used when some more languages have to be installed.

When you talk about MLE then you talk about the module MLE which is a fork of the core package.

So not totally clear what you need ;)

It is alittle difficult to me :( I have old version of CMS with built in MLE Settings and MLE languages In global settings. So to add language, I need only to do some steps in CMS. As I understand it is not a module, but where I can find this kind of installation ???

That sound like the MLE version to me....

That is http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/multilang

So that is NOT official core...
