When I press 'continue' button there is an error occured:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@srv***.***.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at srvj***.***.net Port 80

In last installation I just skip it and there seams to be default page loaded but when I log in as a administrator, nothing happend. Only blank site.

Have you checked the server logs (if you have access to them) to see what was reported? There could be a variety of problems so it is hard to speculate without additional information.

If you have access to phpMyAdmin or similar utility, you can check to see if the database schema was created properly by the installation script. If this did not happen, you will need to re-run the installation.

In fact if you have not done anything else since then, this is what you should try:
- Re-download and verify the CMSMS distro
- Re-run the installation script
- Allow the installation to overwrite the database tables etc. (if existing)
- Make sure that every step of the installation is successful
- Report back here with any errors (especially those from the server logs)

Hope that helps,
Sanjay

@ Recon: The server logs are usually flat-files on the filesystem itself (server logs are usually not in a database). Look for a folder titled "log" or something like that. Depending on how your ISL has setup things, you may be able to access the server logs via a special web-based admin panel (something you may have used to create a new DB for instance). If all else fails, you can talk to your ISP support and see if they tell you where the logs are hidden.
