[Solved] Help with Cataloger Cache !!

Hi Friends,
I have a big problem with Cataloger cache in new version,
in the past with other versions of cataloger and CMSMS, I do not have this issue.
Each time that I add one new product, this not show in category page,
before clear the cache in the General Configuration.
Any idea?
