Hey Guys!
I'd like to be a part of the translation center for translations to German. Where can I sign up, register, or whom do I need to contact?

You need to create an account on the forge, then apply to join this project:
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/german
if you do not get a response, then talk to reneh (he is based in norway and is often available in the IRC channel), and he can hook you up.
