CMS Made Simple Forums

hello everyone,
im having a problem with 'Sliding Boxes and Captions with jQuery'. Id like to use it (http://buildinternet.com/2009/03/sliding-boxes-and-captions-with-jquery/ - the first example in the live demo) but somehow i cant integrate it with cmsms.
im doing everything like its in the tutorial, im checking if i have proper links (if the files exists on the server in the source code), but in the end i have only a frame with an image and a description (description should have an animation from the bottom, moving up, but it shows on the top of the image) - and there are no animations.
Does anybody have an idea how can i fix that? Ill be glad for any clues:)

in firefox, you can use the error console to check for JS notices and errors
