Website Feedback Popup on Page Load

Hi

I would like to conduct a website feedback popup.  Basically when users loads the home page a pop appears to ask if they would like to participate in a survey.  The ability to opt out and never show popup again etc...

Does anybody know of a module that will do this

why work with popup at the homepage?

there are many people who hate popups at loading a homepage (inkl. myself)

and "never" -> I'll say it like James bond (thunderball):  never say never again
never only meens you have to set a cookie to not to show it - if i delete my cookies it pops up again

Why don't you put it in a section of your page and it only shows at the start page p.e.

If you have to do it you will do it just like any other site, there is no module to do it...
