Hello,

Thought I'd put this one up, it's a 10 hour project from top to bottom,
http://www.steelheadderby.com/

here is the line up
News2.10.6
CGExtensions1.19.2
CGSimpleSmarty1.4.5
CGFeedMaker1.0.11
NMS2.3.2
CompanyDirectory1.6.5
CGGoogleMaps1.4.1
FishCatchUpdate1.4.1
Gallery1.3.2
SuperSizer0.9.4
ScriptDeploy0.7.5
FrontEndUsers1.12
SelfRegistration1.6.1
NMSTrack1.0

the cool thing I think is the Translate at the bottom.. it's a jquery play off the google ajax api and is in English & En Espanol  .. I'm a jquery nut so I like the little details types of things :D .. Some other cool things is that the Fish counts are real time (less 15min) ... also, more jQuery nuttery if you fail on the newsletter it scrolls you to it so you'm not just at the top left wondering..  little details

There will be change to is when the board gets back (ie: social icons) But other then that it's done.. Hope you guys like the quicky job here.. Cheers -Jeremy

Very nice, first impression was that it was a poster for it...

None of the social links in the bottom go anywhere, just the RSS...

I like the design, sort of country fair poster, the colour scheme is very suitable as are the graphics.
I also like the sunbeams behind the photo gallery popup, beats the usual semi-transparent grey!

JQuery is nice as well ;-) But I think with a site this nice you could even get away without it!
if I'm being picky I'd say it would have been nice to handle the absence of JavaScript a little more gracefully. Clock just shows blank and you get the 'Error - invalid email address' on your newsletter form. Both of which are easily fixable, that's it I think.

Cool use of modules, I presume 'FishCatchUpdate' is one of yours ;-)

>>I like the design, sort of country fair poster,

Super it was that poster feel I was after... looks like I hit it for sure... :D

On the 'FishCatchUpdate' it is a fork of calendar...

>>>handle the absence of JavaScript a little more gracefully

Yeah it's hard to hit it all when you spend only 10 hours from design to where you see it.. that is like nothing in time :/ but luckily I may get a few more so I think I'll be hitting more of the JavaScript fall backs... always hate it when I can't get to those things...

Thanks for the words.. Cheers -Jeremy
