Gastbuch 0.9

A new version of the Gastbuch module has been released. In this version a database template is used for the guestbook messages (front-end), which can be modified from the admin panel. The dateformat parameter is now called dateformat, as mentioned in the module help (was dateform). Also a new french translation from the translation center was added.
