Looking for a theme to match current website look

I wish to convert one of my websites to CMSMS. In fact, the only one that isn't currently CMSMS. It's strictly HTML.
Looking thru the templates, can't seem to find one that best matches what I currently have. The theme wouldn't have to be exact... I know enough html and css to fix it up... and besides some minor changes would be good. But, I need a 3-column template with upper bar menu on the 1st page. The 1st and 2nd columns must be editable (even better would be all 3 left column bars editable). The right column I can hard code if needed into the theme.
All subsequent pages would be upper menu bar and 2 columns, both of which editable.
Here is the website: www.laflyfish.com
I'm willing to pay for a certain amount for a template, doesn't have to be a free one. If there's a "buy one" out there that's more fitting.
