I think it would be really cool if the following JQuery script could be implemented with the News Module to make for an easily update-able Featured Content Slider on a CMS MS website.

I am currently using a tweaked version of this slider on one of my websites, but it has to be updated manually which is a real pain. http://www.arpast.org

You could probably just make a new summary template to work specifically for the slider. Then you don't have to manually update.
