Captcha 2 error messages after module upgrade 0.4.1

Just upgraded the module and I immediately have 2 error messages:

Notice: Undefined index: path in /homepages/12/d206868303/htdocs/modules/Captcha/lib/classes/captchalibs/class.captchalib_hncaptcha.php on line 50


Notice: Undefined variable: error in /homepages/12/d206868303/htdocs/modules/SimpleFeedback/action.default.php on line 117


I'll probably downgrade immediately instead of troubleshooting, but this should be investigated for the benefit of other people on the forum.

I got exact problems on 0.4.1.  Immediately went back to 0.4.0.

Exact same line 50 error in the first error listed above. Got a different second error as I am using CGFeedback with the captcha. However the sense of the error I received is the same.

Turn error reporting off in productive environments is always recommended.
I know this is no solution but the modules should still work fine since it is just a notice and no real big error.

v 0.4.2 is very buggy too. I cannot show my Comments with this and I had to fallback to v.0.4.0

Is there any workaround for this?
