CMS MS expert(s) needed | Paid hourly | Ongoing Support

We are looking for 3 very distinct CMS MS users who can support us on an ongoing basis. They are:
- Design/CSS Expert
- PHP/Smarty Expert
- Integration Expert
Design/CSS Expert
============================
We'd like to work with someone who has extensive knowledge with CSS and Graphic Design. We will be editing templates primarily so we need large home page images cretaed, small callout images, and lots of CSS changes. We work with XHTML.
PHP/Smarty Expert
=======================
We are often required to modify some of our templates and need someone who knows Smarty inside and out.
Integration Expert
================
By integration we mean taking a design, some modules, and making it all work.
All of the above is paid on an hourly or daily basis. Please get back to me with samples of work you've done and a rate we can work with. We have a lot of ongoing work and could start right away.
