No Preview in FckEditor

for some reason i have no preview in my fckeditor?
anyone know why?
i have the latest upgrade

before i upgraded, there was a little button in the fckeditor that
allowed for a preview, it gone.
is that part of the upgrade?
what happens if i change the editor back to an earlier version?

there is a preview button next to submit button
there has been a security bug in fckeditor so I cant suggest downgrading

the preview button next to submit button hard is to miss
i had one in my editor on previous versions. is the lack of it
now due to these bugs?
