we're about to develop a new website for our company and we're planning to use CMSMS as our CMS system.

but our main problem is for the support of images, especially on the navigation... since i noticed that CMSMS will work best using a text based link.

now my question is, is there any other way to convert our main navigation links from text to images?

i'm sure some of the guys will say, "use css dude". but still... i want your humble opinions... thanks!

Ummm. Well you can use css , but you may prefer to use images and absolute url's. Obviously that would be difficult to implement if the main nav changes a lot (or at all), but it can work. I've seen a bunch of sites in the finished site section that use images for navigation.
But back to the css I'm not sure if you already know about the variety of techniques you can use for image replacement (such as the sliding door technique for menu items) - those kind of techniques may be exactly what you need.
