Hello,
I'm having an issue with the menu on a site. On every other browser, the menu appears horizontal like so:
home about services contact
On IE8 it appears as follows
home
about
services
contact
The CSS for the menu is included below:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
/* by Alexander Endresen and mark and Nuno */
#menu_vert {
/* no margin/padding so it fills the whole div */
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
.clearb {
/* needed for some browsers */
clear: both;
}
#menuwrapper {
/* set the background color for the menu here */
background-color: #FFFFFF;
/* IE6 Hack */
height: 1%;
width: auto;
/* one border at the top */
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
ul#primary-nav, ul#primary-nav ul {

padding-top: 1px;
/* keeps the first menu item off the left side */
padding-left: 0px;
}

Re: IE menu issue
Like it says in one of the sticky topics a link will do more good then just the CSS as that same CSS is used w/o any problems, you may want to try the IE Web developer tool bar as it can touch on the li/a and show you what it thinks it's CSS is...
Re: IE menu issue
