Hi all

Sorry if this is the wrong section so many places I hope this is the right one.

I set up CMSMS on my home server just to build a website for my priest to show him how easy it would be for him to keep the website updated etc...

For this example I simply copied and pasted the current site and pasted it into the content pane of the page with wysiwyg enabled. Only problem is that when I look at the site certain pages have this grey bar running down the left hand side, some all the way, some only partial. I looked a the code with wysiwyg turned off but couldn’t see anything that would cause this, bear in mind I haven't done anything web related for 2+ years.



Can anyone tell me what to do to remove this bar. Like I said I copied and pasted for every page yet this bar only appears on quite a few pages. On the picture linked to you can see it runs the full length. On another page where the paragraphs are only 3 lines long at a time it is only alongside the text.

The template I am using on all pages is Shadow Menu Left + 1 Column.

If you simply copy pasted the page you should take a look in the sourcecode of particular pages.
You can click on "html" in the TinyMCE to see the code, i am sure there are some inline style="border...." or maybe tables have been copied.

I found it, it was that was making the lines.
