[SOLVED]Help! How to revert back to default original themes and stylesheets?

Hi guys,
I need help how revert back to default all original themes and stylesheets like first time installation?
Apparently I do wrong modification it effect my original themes and stylesheets.
Perhaps anyone know where can I download default original themes and stylesheets and replace it again?
Perhaps the package is in XML?

Depends on version of original you speak of, is it from 1.5.4 or 1.7 or ?...
I have all of them and some of the pre 1.6 ones are in the theme site...

Currently just upgraded to 1.8, I just want original from package all the stylesheets and templates.
