CMS Made Simple Forums

I am running CMSMS version 1.6.7 with MySQL 5.1.47, PHP 5.2.13, Apache 2.2.15 on a Linux host. I have 2 installs working perfectly. I just started setting up a site for my unit from Viet Nam and am running into a problem. All the sites are addon sites to my master hosting account. All are the same versions listed above. On the new site, when I go to the admin login page the URL changes from http://11thrru.org/admin to http://johnblack-photo.com/11thrru.org/admin

All pages that I have created prepend the master site URL and do not work properly. I have checked the domain master settings with my ISP and it is set the same as the other addon domains. I am trying to link to a video file in a Gallery2 install within the 11thrru directory and the prepend breaks the link every time. If I put the link directly into the browser it works fine.

Is the URL someplace in the CMSMS installation? I started putting together a preview site to run by the unit historian and when he gave the OK I brought it live. I see from a view source that the master domain is prepended to each URL. I see a in a view source. Where is this picked up? In the database or a config file?

a) we only support the previous two versions.... so at this time CMSMS 1.8 and 1.7.1
    (please read the forum rules).
    so please upgrade to the minimum recommended version before posting again (even to this thread).

However, I think you have a problem with the root_url in your config.php file. 

Thanks. That was it. I wanted to get it working before updating or else I was going to blow it off and reinstall from scratch. Off to update!
