Display Page showing listings e.g. accommodation, attractions

Hi
I would appreciate some help with a tourist website I'm developing.
I need to display parent pages showing a listing of sub-pages as per attached screenshot.
Is this possible, I understand how to create news pages displaying all news articles in this format but not pages.
Please offer some advise, or let me know which modules I should be using.
