Single page user questions

I've managed to create a user who is only allowed to edit a single specific page, as the client requested.*

However, they are still able to do things like:
Change the page title and menu text
Move the page in the menu hierarchy by changing the parent.

Is there any way to disable those? (best I can think of is to have an alternative admin skin - with those fields hidden - just for them, but they would still be able to select their skin, wouldn't they?)

Also, is there any way we can allow them to upload images without being able to control other images?

*I created a group "subeditors" with no permissions set, assigned the user to it, and made them an additional editor on that page.

If you can't find it in the documentation, Dramatic, have a look at the Global Settings -> Advanced tab at the very bottom.

Missing info from original post: CMSMS version 1.7.1

Having previously misread the label for that selectbox (I missed out the "without") I am left with a rather unintuitive interface: Submitting it with no items selected does nothing (rather than remove all) - so how do I remove all?
As far as I can see I would need to leave at least one option enabled.

I selected "make searchable" as the least dangerous and least confusing option to leave in and submitted the form. Title and Menu text are still editable.

if i only want a user to have extremely limited access to edit a single page, or even just a portion of it, i just pull the content they are allowed to edit and stick it in a global content block, and give the user limited access to that, instead.
