Cataloger switching HEAD and BODY tags

				Hello All.
Cataloger (0.7.7) Module Problems.
I am having two problems with the cataloger (0.7.7) module.
Can anyone please give me a clue how to fix this.
Problem 1: for all of the "Category Pages" and "Item Pages" the entire HEAD tags are being preceded by the BODY tags: the HTML tags are being output AFTER the BODY tags. This is causing havoc with javascript and css in IE.
See the source here: http://www.carter-dal.com/index.php?pag ... tile-stone
Problem 2. navigating to a "Category Page" usually works ok the first time, but return to the page and the content for the page is missing!!!
An example of a "Category Page" - http://www.carter-dal.com/index.php?pag ... tile-stone
First visit you will see the content. click again and it's missing. To force it to re-appear you need to click back on a regular page, e.g. http://www.carter-dal.com/index.php?pag ... al-support
I really hope someone can help with this, and thank-you.
The site is not yet live.
I am running CMS Made Simple 1.7.1 Escada.
I'm using PHP 5.2.11, and MySQL 5.0.77.
This is all working with Apache/2.2.3 running on Linux.
