ClickBank integration plugin?

Has anyone done ClickBank integration with CMSMadeSImple? Is there a plugin?
I'm specifically looking for a way to grant software downloads and license keys (or sending a mail with a license key) from a thank you page after a purchase has been completed. Of course, I don't want any random person who can find the page to get a software download, so some integration with ClickBank is necessary to do this. Also, the license keys for my software are individual, so I need to keep a database of valid product keys, or a way to generate new product keys on the fly (would prefer the first option).
Any input on how I could do this would be appreciated. I bet a lot of other ClickBank vendors would also be interested.
