In documentation's pages http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/User_Handbook there is a Table of content with a show / hide option.

I wonder how I can have a one in my site, can't find the option.

The documentation wiki is using MediaWiki, not CMSMS. But you can do something similar in CMSMS by using the tags startExpandCollapse and stopExpandCollapse. Look in the help for those tags in Extensions -> Tags in the admin panel.
