I tried installing the FeedbackForm module (version 0.9.12 and 0.9.11), and I got an error saying
DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML file
I am using CMSMS version 0.12.1 "Savusavu" under Apache and MySQL. How can I fix this problem?

I downloaded the package from the CMSMS Forge, and uploaded the .tar.gz file throught the Extentions > Modules page in the admin.

No, I did not. Does it affect the installation process?

i think so, i always untar/unzip them, then FTP to the Module folder on my site then goto Extensions » Modules and clik install,
when first uploaded it needs to be installed thru the Module interface, you will get message installed then some times it says must give permissions, if that's the case goto Users & Groups » Group Permissions and set them.

Ok, I got everything uploaded and installed. Thanks for your help. In Mambo, it takes one step to install a component (the equivelant of a module from my understanding), so this is all new to me.
