Form Builder Pulldown Subject field

Hi. I'm using the Contact Form template for Form Builder, but I have a pulldown field that I'd like to use for the email Subject field. Is this possible?

When using the formbuilder it has the option to use the simple field or advanced field chooser, change it to advanced if you don't see the one you want...
Short answer, yes...

I couldn't figure out how to link my pull down menu to the subject field. So I guess I'll just leave it. Thanks though.

You make the pull down named subject, then when making email template use the pull down results for the subject field...
