I need to create private folders to users and that users have access only to those folders

Try to use Uploads module.

FrontEndUsers + CustomContent will give you login capabilities and access restriction.  You can use Uploads for file management.  CMSms does not work in a typical file/folder structure, so what you think you need may not be actually the way to approach it in CMSms.
