Issue with change settings form in FEU

I have been customising the change settings form using the method here - http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 300.0.html

However when I try to submist the form I get the following error message at the top -

Invalid Email address Array

If I restore defaults and use them there is no issue.

The form i am using is below - can anyone help me with why the code is causing the above problem?

Not sure if this will help your problem, but I was getting the same error when the cms_module_feusers_properties_seq table had the wrong value - I came across this post whilst searching for an answer.

It had gotten out of sync when I imported some data (using phpMyAdmin, not the CSV import).

Basically, the edit form was deleting the records in the cms_module_feusers_properties table and trying to insert more with the incorrect id.

Setting the id field of the cms_module_feusers_properties_seq to the last inserted id of the cms_module_feusers_properties sorted submission errors for me.

Also, if you aren't using email address as username, make sure not to have the default email_address field in your template.
