New Table functions added - row properties and cell properties.
Had to add en.js to ibrowser lang directory.
Doing some testing on local set-up.

This looks interesting:

The new backend integration possibilities include a way to add custom file browsers and droplists with serverside generated URLs to TinyMCE in a more clean and easy way.

So far everything works great except the paths with ibrowser (again)!
