when i modify the contont or add contont with chinese character,
the browse can't show very well as my expect sometimes.

when i browse http://website/index.php?page=7
the chinese character can't be show



now i browse http://website/index.php?page=music and http://website/index.php
the chinese show right




could any body tell me why ?

my environment
windows 2000 server
php4.3
mysql

i think this is a problem with iso encoding of the pages
