[HELP] Need to completely expunge a calendar entry or make 404

I have an issue relating to one of my calendar entries. I use my calendar (in list format) to show my concert schedule, and a couple that hired me for their wedding ceremony asked me to remove their names from the page title and content, for security purposes. I went ahead and deleted the entire entry (and made a new one NOT including their names or any identifying info). The new entry is posted on my calendar, but the old "deleted" entry is still showing up in Google search results (I know this because my stats program shows they've been searching for their names 3x a day and loading the old page).
I deleted the entry, but it still "shows" as a live page on my site (although none of the cal info is displayed).
Is there a way to COMPLETELY expunge this entry from the system, so that it registers as a 404? That's the only way it will get taken out of Google. Right now, Google still thinks it's a viable page because the rest of the content besides the calendar entry still shows up.
I'm afraid these clients will freak out and blame me if I can't get this resolved. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
