Pages Not Found, cannot login to admin

I've recently moved my cms from a testing server on my computer to a host. After fiddling with the proper sections in config.php until the error message went away (I followed the How To instructions, by the way), I'm now left with the following when I try to get to the site:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

I created and tested out 2 files (test.html & test.php) and put them into the same folder, both showed up when I went directly to them.

I then tried logging into admin, but the login/password I was using on my local server don't work. I tried using "Forgot my password", and it says User Not Found.

I'm assuming these are all symptoms of something relatively simple, but I haven't the slightest idea what it is and I haven't been able to find anything in the forums - after going through many, many postings about not being able to login to admin. Help?

There is not a lot can said about your issue without knowing your host, DB and "/config.php".
I then tried logging into admin, but the login/password I was using on my local server don't work. I tried using "Forgot my password", and it says User Not Found.
Sounds like:
   sql import failed or
you did not import right sql file or
   you are  accessing wrong DB.

If you think data is not missing in DB do following to fix CMSms  installation:

I'm using MAMP for my local server (on a Mac). When I go to export the database, there are a LOT of options/checkboxes - I'd guess there's a big possibility my problem is there. I've posted a screenshot - can someone check to make sure I've selected the right options? If so, I can try something else. Thanks.

You did not choose DB to export - press an CMS.
Breadcumbs should look "localhost > Database: cms"

Consider ticking "Add DROP TABLE...." and "Add IF NOT EXISTS"
